Carmen McCullagh was born in Ballinasloe on April 14, 1971. Carmen was the 3rd child of Michael ( a native of Ballinasloe & Ann a native of Kilmore Wexford ), after Andrew and Mark, followed by Damian, Noel, and Michelle. Carmen was our joy.
